Iberiuli Kisi Qvevri Dry Amber Wine 2018 750ml (Shumi)

This multiple award-winning 2018 Iberiuli Kisi Qvevri dry amber wine is produced from hand-selected kisi grapes from Shumi Estate Cellar's Mziuri vineyard in Kakheti in the Akhmeta region. This wine is made in the traditional Georgian way of making wine in buried clay vessels called qvevri and is a UNESCO-listed tradition. This well-balanced amber colored wine is aged in French oak for 4 months and boasts flavors of ripe pear, peach, vanilla and roasted nuts with plentiful tannins. Food pairing: rich fish, rich pasta, pork and desserts.
