This 2021 Ponente Istrian Malvazija dry white wine is produced by Trapan in the southern-most Istrian winery in the Pula region of Croatia. It is a light yellow with a clean and crisp style, fresh and fruity bouquet and minerality paired nicely with a hint of bitter almond on the finish. Food pairing: Seafood, shellfish, pasta with asparagus. ABV 13%
