Orange Keratsuda Thracian Valley 2020 750ml (Libera Estate)
This Libera Orange Keratsuda dry orange wine is made in a limited batch from 100% Keratsuda grapes.
This wine is a real exotic that will impress fans of orange wines looking for a spicy experience. Produced in the Struma Valley from the traditional region of Bulgaria's grape variety Keratsuda, it is an interesting experiment recreating a traditional wine in a modern way.
Its pale amber color shows off its extremely complex profile, characterized by boldly marked spiciness and minerality. The expressive citrus notes of orange peel, grapefruit, overripe lemon and pomelo, complemented with mango, wild pear and peach are very well harmonized with floral notes of lilac and snowdrop. They are all wrapped in a veil of powerful nettle, leather and light notes of arugula. The high level of complexity of this wine is complemented by hints of red pepper puree, which are highlighted in the taste. ABV 12.5%

Seafood: fine rich fish such as turbot, roast shellfish like lobster and scallops.
Meat: veal chops with mushrooms or wine-baked chicken breasts.
Cheese: cheddar, camembert or soft cheeses with bloomy white or red dotted rind.
