This Nikolaos Wild Yeast Cabernet Sauvignon Rose from Crama Histria is fermented with wild yeast from hand-picked and sorted grapes in the Dobrogea region of Romania. ABV 14%
This wine scored an 89 by Decanter and earned a bronze medal. It has a complex nose which is fresh and light with the aroma of red fruits and nice balance.
On the palate the predominant taste is that of black cherries, complemented by undertones of dark chocolate, all upheld by invigorating minerality.
Recommended food pairings: Seafood, fish dishes, pasta, light summer salads.
