Brewed since 1892, the success of LAV is a result of the more than 100 years of experience in brewing in Čelarevo, in which the brewery has continuously invested in new technologies to brew the best quality products. LAV is a full-bodied pale lager with a fruity aroma and well-balanced bitterness. LAV has a beautiful golden color, a dense and a distinctive malty taste. ABV 4.9%
Pours a crystal clear medium yellow in color with a finger tall dense fizzy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of medium to thin foam. Aromas of cracker and grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness, plus hints of grassy hops and light to moderate skunky notes.
On the palate, there are moderate flavors of cracker + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. The finish offers light flavors of grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
