Caii de la Letea Princeps Sauvignon Blanc Fume is produced by Viticola Sarica Niculitel winery, located in the oldest vineyard of Dobrogea in Romania. ABV 12.5%
On the nose you experience a nice complexity of sweet aromas of ripe exotic fruits, citruses, and acacia flowers. This wine is dry with sustained acidity and an almost perfect balance due to the evolution in French oak barrels, which adds an elegant note of vanilla.
Recommended food pairings: A fresh wine that can accompany salads, white meat with rich sauces, as well as platters of cheeses and fruits.
