Caii de la Letea Princeps Aligote 750ml (Viticola Sarica Niculitel)
Caii de la Letea Princeps Aligote originally comes from the French region of Burgundy and the grape variety appeared at the end of the 17th century through the natural crossing of Gouais Blanc and Pinot Noir varieties. This Aligote comes from grapes grown on plots with a northern orientation, very close to the Danube and the lower Delta, which favors the feeling of minerality and the precision of the aromas. The Via Viticola winery is located in the oldest vineyard of Dobrogea in Romania. ABV 13%
The color is straw yellow color with greenish reflections and aromas of freshly cut grass and fresh soil. On the palate you taste white fruits, sour cherries and green apples, balanced by a high natural acidity.
