Vava Pindjur (PIN zhur) uses a family recipe to combine hand peeled red peppers with roasted tomatoes, garlic, and parsley. Smoother than the chunky style of Lutenica, this recipe does not contain any hot peppers for a more mild flavor. Makes a great base for some vegetarian enchiladas!
