It is made in the French custard style, meaning it contains egg yolk which acts as a natural stabilizer and creates a very creamy ice cream. Moorenko’s also uses more pure cream than most brands - which also them to use less sugar. Their dairy comes from local, family-owned farms whose grass fed cows are never injected with growth hormones or production enhancers.
