Black Bull is one of our favorite kajmaks. Kajmak is a cream cheese spread that tastes like a cross between butter and cream cheese. There really isn't anything similar to compare it too, but it is delicious! Great on bread (especially somun flat bread), bagels and sandwiches. Keep refrigerated.
