In order to create perfection in wine making, we decided to blend five of the best red varieties that grow in Herzegovina to create something truly special, deep red cuvee. Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Trnjak and Vranac.
The perfect microclimate enjoyed by Carski vineyards, combined with a terroir full of round river rocks, similar to those in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, gave us a confidence that this wine would be truly outstanding and we were not disappointed. A deep ruby color with notes of ripe plums, forest berries and vanilla, will awaken all your senses. Tannins are perfectly integrated with alcohol and acidity to give a complex wine whose taste lingers in a mount for a long time.
Perfect to pair with steak, veal, game and picante aged cheeses. Consume at 62-66F. Decant for about 40 minutes before serving.
