Caii de la Letea Princeps Chardonnay Barrique Reserva is produced by Viticola Sarica Niculitel winery, located in the oldest vineyard of Dobrogea in Romania. ABV 13%
A very good oaked Chardonnay with a medium intensity of aromas and flavors and nicely balanced oaky notes. Aromas of apple blossom, green apple, nectarine, oak, smoke and cream. Flavors are more topical peach, apricot, as well some forest floor and salt. Dry, with a medium acidity, body and finish.
Recommended food pairings: Shellfish, vegetarian dishes, poultry, lean fish and mild soft cheese.
