This 2020 Domeniile Franco-Romane DFR Feteasca Neagra organic red wine from CH Pietrosaratii is from Romania's Dealu Mare region.
A fresh and exuberant Feteasca Neagra it offers many black forest fruits and discreetly spiced notes, with a supple texture and good minerality. This wine is cherry in color with a purple border and on the nose it brings aromas of black currants, forest truffles and tobacco. The body is thin with firm tannins, excellent acidity and well-integrated alcohol. The taste presents plums and ripe cherries to which are added sensations of cocoa powder and intense vegetal tones. A long and fresh aftertaste leaves you with a train of juicy black fruits and impressions of pepper and cloves. ABV 14.5%
