A premium quality dry rosé made of Blatina grapes, a native variety of the Herzegovina wine region. This wine boasts a salmon color with subtle tastes of citrus, and underlying notes of Mediterranean stone fruits: peaches and apricots.
Wines of Illyria Blatina Rosé is perfect with light fish and vegetable dishes. Our founder recommends Caesar Salad with grilled shrimp or octopus to bring out the flavors of wild strawberry and other red berries. ABV 13%. Serving temperature: 50-54 F
